About Way Out West
Way Out West - A Time Rider Tale is a rollicking adventure for young performers set in a divided town called West Westerton, where the feuding Westwood and Waterson families fight over dwindling water supplies. Sheriff Clementine O’Grady struggles to keep peace as tensions rise. Tripp Beckett, a marooned Time Rider, crash lands in the middle of the Old West and tries to fix the future by healing the past. Meanwhile, the cow-crew, a group of hard-working ranch hands, dream of uniting the town, and a troupe of down-on-their-luck actors arrive just in time to play the role of a lifetime as unexpected heroes. As catastrophe threatens everything, enemies must choose between vengeance and mercy. In a powerful moment of compassion echoing the parable of the Good Samaritan, the Westwoods choose to save their rivals. Way Out West shows us that being a true neighbour means doing what’s right, even for those who’ve wronged you. Sometimes, the only thing that makes the river flow… is mercy.
