Junior Academy Manager

​The Junior Academy Manager is the leader of all primary aged performing arts programs, including Dance, Drama and Music. They provide leadership and vision, administering projects and programs with diligence and discernment in line with the mission and vision of 3d Arts Company. The Manager is tasked with oversight, management and executive responsibility for all performing arts streams and seeks to innovate and improve processes and systems for future growth. They champion and support their staff and volunteers, and are an exemplary teacher themselves. The Manager is an exceptional communicator and administrator, ensuring the Junior Academy runs smoothly and promotes the company’s values.
