PYGMALION
Doncaster Playhouse
by George Bernard Shaw
In a reinvention of one of the 20th Century’s most influential works, Third Door Theatre will bring Bernard Shaw’s much adored classic to the stage for it’s 2017 Winter Season! Scandalous for his polarising views when the play was first staged, Shaw’s pivotal and satirical comedy shows the power of language through the eyes of one of theatre’s most enduring heroines, Eliza Doolittle.

There are many great ideas in this show that are beautifully executed, especially the musical interludes which are delicate and well-timed." (Stage Whispers)
MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING - AUGUST 31 to SEPTEMBER 11
A play about the follies of love, marriage, mischief and revenge! Against the backdrop of a battle of wits betwixt the original bachelorette Beatrice and confirmed single-man Signor Benedick, there is much-ado in this merry adaptation about courtship and young love.
